The workflow step
processor is provided by another web application, and the base URL of the web
application is not configured correctly.
Ask your system
administrator to update the base URL of the web application where the step
processor is registered.
Solutions:
- Check ACCE to set default application with Navigator and set the base server url with http://ICNSERVER:PORT/navigator
- Check the step processor of workflow definition (sometimes the workflow definition is from workplace, so it should be changed on navigator or other application)
