Issue of creating workflow system by ACCE

Issue:

00 RPCHandler 21f76f34 [Error] FNRPE2130660074E ; Exception: Invalid pe_data tablespace or filegroup: "os_data_ts" 

Reason:
the tablespace name was not specified in uppercase

      yes, it's been resolved by changing the tablespace name with UPPERCASE.
